- Inspection et approbation : Dès réception de votre article retourné, nous l’inspecterons et vous confirmerons sa réception. Nous vous informerons immédiatement de l’état de votre remboursement après inspection.
Remboursements
Si votre retour est approuvé, nous procéderons au remboursement selon votre mode de paiement initial. Le remboursement sera effectué sous quelques jours, selon les délais de votre banque.
